DAY 01 - DELHI
Full day city tour of old and New Delhi. In the morning visit India Gate. Drive along Rajpath, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Parliament House and other government buildings. Visit Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple and Humayun's Tomb. Afternoon city tour of Old Delhi. Visit Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. Also go to Chandni Chawk, Red Fort and Rajghat. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 02 - DELHI / PEHARSAR
Morning drive to Peharsar. Visit the Chandra Mahal Haveli, an old mansion of a noble located in an ethnic Rajasthani village. Evening walking tour of the Village. Visit a local school and a home. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 03 - PEHARSAR / KARAULI
In the morning after breakfast drive to Karauli. Visit the City Palace in Karauli in the afternoon city tour. Buy some excellent souvenirs from the local markets. Overnight stay at the hotel.
DAY 04 - KARAULI / GWALIOR
In the morning drive to Gwalior, the city of Scindhias. Arrive at Gwalior and check into the hotel. Afternoon city tour takes you to the Fort, temples and the Mohammed Ghaus II tomb. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 05 - GWALIOR / SHIVPURI
Depart for Shivpuri National Park. Once the summer residence and hunting area of the Maharaja of Gwalior, it has now been converted into a wild life reserve. Many animals find their natural habitat here. Overnight stay at the Shivpuri.
Day 06 - SHIVPURI/KOTA
Drive to Kota after breakfast. Arrive at Kota and check into the hotel. Visit the City Palace and a small museum, which is the created out of the personal archive of an ancient ruler. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: KOTA / RAVLA KHEMPUR
Drive forward to Ravla Khemar, a small village near Udaipur famous for its heritage hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 08: RAVLA KHEMPUR
Enjoy for the whole day, the historical ambience and breathtaking surroundings in this tiny yet picturesque village. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 09: RAVLA KHEMPUR / DUNGARPUR
A morning drive takes you to Dungarpur, a small town well placed amidst the Aravali hills. Visit the 19th century Udai Bilas Palace, the erstwhile Royal Mansion. Go to the Gaibsagar Lake. Also visit the old palace to see the colorful and vibrant frescoes, exquisite miniature paintings, glass and mirror inlay work. Proceed to the top of the hill to watch the sunset over the hills.
Day 10: DUNGARPUR / UDAIPUR
Early morning proceed to Udaipur. The rest of the day is free at leisure and shopping. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 11: UDAIPUR
The history of the 'City of Lakes' - Udaipur goeas back to atleast a century. In the morning visit to Kumbhalgarh Fort nestled in the foothills of the Aravali ranges. The 15th century Kumbhalgarh Fort was built by Maharana Kumbha (1419-63). Sightseeing tour of the most romantic city of India - City Palace, Saheliyon ki Bari or Garden of Maids. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 12: UDAIPUR / JODHPUR
The morning is free at leisure. Later on move to Jodhpur visiting Ranakpur Jain temples enroute. Drive forward to Jodhpur. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: JODHPUR / DEOGARH
Morning depart for Deogarh. Visit the Deogarh Castle located on a hillock. It was built by Rawat Dwarkadas Ji of the Siaodia Dynasty in 1670 A.D. Overnight stay in Deogarh Castle.
Day 14: DEOGARH / PUSHKAR
Early morning leave for Pushkar. The city is known for its lakes and more than 400 temples. The major attraction of this city is the cattle fair held during the time of Diwali. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 15: PUSHKAR / JAIPUR
In the morning drive to Jaipur, the Pink City of India. The city tour of Jaipur takes you to the Amber Fort and Palace. Explore the Fort on an elephant back. Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors), and various marble palaces are the other structures within the fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 16: JAIPUR
In the morning visit to the Jantar Mantar Observatory, built by the astronomer King Raja Sawai Jai Singh II in the 18th century. Drive past the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds). In the afternoon, have an excursion to Amber Fort and Palace. Enjoy an elephant safari to explore the fort. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 17: DELHI
Depart for Delhi by road. Arrive at Delhi and check into the hotel. Take rest in the afternoon.
Evening tour of the city. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 18: DEPARTURE
Reach the International Airport of Delhi. Board a flight from the airport to way back home or an onward destination.
